There will be 3 sections : 1.Graphics
2.Multiplayer
3.Games
1.The graphics on the PC are better because most of the times everything looks more realistic.
2.When two people wanna play multiplayer they want the controls to be very good so they can play better and unfortunetly Console has got better controls than PC. But for the PC you can get a Xbox360 controller with a USB.
3. The PC has got more games than the consoles but usually the console games are a bit better.
